You will find various candle-lit dining areas on different levels cleverly divided by thick jungle greenery, pagodas and pergola. The service is excellent and there is a waiter on hand at all times to make suggestions and help you choose from their delectable menu. The Blue Elephant is pricey but worth every penny. It's a great place to take someone if you want to make an impact - your lover or your colleagues - and now even your kids for a special priced brunch on Sundays! |

The bar menu in the Blue Elephant offers exceptional classics from Caipirinha, and Cosmopolitan to Frozen Fruit Margaritas as well as newer items such as, Apple Breeze and Coconut Cooler. Bar snacks will also be available with some delicious bites. |

| The cuisine is authentic Thai cooking beautifully presented, with decorative carvings. There's a choice of several soups and salads. The main courses are divided into meat, chicken and duck, seafood and fish and side dishes -- you really will be spoilt for choice.
If you don't fancy a full meal a new bar menu has been introduced offering a range of snacks including deep-fried, air- cured, marinated strips of beef and a salad of young sour mango, palm sugar and roast coconut.
