| At the quietly fashionable end of the Fulham Road, this impressive glass-fronted building houses a two-floor restaurant and bar with a separate conservatory-style area at the rear and a mezzanine dining area overlooking the bar. Huge windows give the building a dramatic ‘cut away’ feel, enhanced by a beautiful glass stair well and views of the curvaceous, under-lit marble bar. The menu offers superb authentic South Western and contemporary American cuisine. |
|
| Owner Brian Stein, having spent time in South West America, wanted to merge the culinary traditions of South West America and the refreshing flavours of Creole, Cajun, Oriental and Hispanic cuisine. The result, Cactus Blue, was born. It became one of the first authentic South Western restaurants in the UK. Together with a Native Indian Artist from Santa Fe, Brian Stein fastidiously avoided the memorabilia route with an eclectic mix of London fashion and South American charm. The centre piece, a magnificent under-lit marble bar, is surrounded by primitive American artefacts, paintings and fabric creating a modern ethnic feel. This is complemented by a breathtaking gem-studded chandelier suspended over the mezzanine. Cactus Blue gives luxurious yet unusual reflections of Texan and New Mexico landscape, with desert tones and burnished copper glinting in the candlelight. |

Cactus Blue can host a party up to 140 people and can adapt itself to meet your needs. |
