Our restaurant specialises in serving Peking and Cantonese cuisine. From the north, Peking dishes are mainly rich and spicy with the most common flavourings being garlic, spring onions and hot chilli. Agricultural products of this wheat growing region are divided into many forms of pancakes, dumplings, noodles etc. The south, with its tropical climate, produces a variety of foods far too numerous to list, including game and seafood, thus creating hundreds of different dishes. |
