| London’s premiere Chinese restaurant. In 1981 Ken Lo, famous by then for his cookery books, opened Memories of China on London's Ebury Street, which introduced dishes from outside Canton. Still to this day they serve a wide variety of Chinese dishes executed by chef Kam Po But. |
