I was in the restaurant with my wife and kids in about 2 weeks ago,the food was excellent as usually, service brilliant despite it was a very busy evening, the only thing I was surprised to see was how the boss treated the bartender-girl behind the bar,it was embarrassing to watch and could say, kind of weird sexual molesting.
Come on guys, such a great restaurant with such an unprofessional manners!!

As ever, the food was wonderful. My linguine with lobster was perfectly and lightly seasoned, with huge chunks of in-the-shell lobster tender and succulent. My companions truffle ravioli equally delightful.
So it is with a heavy heart that I have to report this was perhaps one of the most disappointing meals I have had this year.
The service was abysmal. I accept that the place was busy, but to use this as an excuse to treat your paying customers with disdain, slopping wine across their glasses on the hoof, repeatedly failing to respond to the simplest request with other than a sideways grunt, no eye contact, no smile, no acknowledgement other than as an irritant, and to cap it all, the stare from hell and silent spinning on heels when on paying I tried to explain the lack of tip... sorry Numero Uno, you've lost sight of who pays your bills.
You'd be crazy to eat here until they start to address their awful customer service failings.

I went to this retaurant on a bank holiday and the first thing that hit me was the shere popularity of the place. It was really busy - especially for a monday but the service was impeccable. The waitress was attentive without being at all overbearing and provided great advice for my ever indicisive mother.
The wine was glorious and as for the food!
Monkfish left one of the party of 4 speechless with delight and the T-bone was cooked to perfection. The prices were reasonable and when the quality of food is taken into consideration they are worth paying twice over.
With no room for desert we headed home convinced this was one of the best meals we had had in a long time - I can't wait to go back and try out everything else.
