Have been eating at Pizza Botte Sidcup for about 6-7 years weekdays and weekends, Top place, staff could not be more helpfull, service very good and friendly.

By far the best Italian restaurant for many miles around. My wife and I eat at Pizza Botte very regularly and have never ever been disappointed. The pizza is second to none, crisp and perfectly topped. The grilled sardine starter is as good as a starter gets. The staff are always friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. If you want excellent service and fantastic food you must go to Pizza Botte!

Bit confused with Kay's comments. My friend and I went here for a re-union after 17 years and neither of us had been here in those 17 years. The food was brilliant, the service was with a smile and all the staff were very efficient and helpful. I'm now going to get my other half to come here for a meal with me. Would thoroughly recommend and the 'properly made' authentic garlic bread was to die for.

Food was quite good although still not authentic Italian, steamed vegetables looked poor. Staff rude and interior cramped, service also very poor. Overall experience not very good, Frankie's + Benny's in BH better for food and much better for service TBH.

I don't know what Kay is talking about, over the yeras I have probably eaten in most of the restaurants in Sidcup Highstreet, and I can confidently say that La Botte is by far the best. I took my girlfriend here for a date and we had an excellent time with help from the ever-so-friendly staff and extremely good food, to rival even the trattorias of London's Villiers and Frifth Streets. The food is traditonally made, with the pizza being unquestionablly the best for miles. It would be a crime to bad-mouth such a brilliant restaurant. It is a place I hope to return to in the future many times, and if you happen to be in the area, don't even think about giving this one a miss.

Worst restaurant in Sidcup by far. I went here with 4 friends for a quiet meal mid-week. 1 meal was inedible and 1 gave my friend severe stomach pain (so much so that she had to take the following day off work cause she couldn't get out of bed due to the pain). Service was awful, one waiter kicked my bag under the table instead of asking me to move it. The other waiter made fun of my friend for no reason. To sum up the staff are incredibly rude and the food was terrible. Avoid this place if you can.
