I had a different experience compare to the previous reviewer.
I went there with 4 friends and discovered an exclusive old fashion place with nice crowd. The service was attentive enough without to be intrusive.
For my meal, I went for "the gaspaccio with crevettes" followed by "the aile de raie au beurre de crevette". It was delicious!!!! I drowned it with a superb blanc de blanc.
It costed me around 45 quids for a divine experience. We all had a great time.I will definitely come visit this restaurant again.

Many of the photograph's that adorn the wall of this eatery, suggest that soap opera stars of yesteryear can't get enough of what Elena has to offer.
Similar to the programmes in which these fading stars appeared, I lost the plot once the first course arrived.
My girlfriend and I found the food to be relatively tasteless and massively overpriced. While the service was dependable, much like my licence fee, I felt ripped off and will not be tuning in to Elena's efforts again - especially when there's so much choice nearby.
