Cuisine |
|
| Moroccan |
| There is a whole range of delectable recipes that embody the essence of the Moroccan cuisine. The menu consists of traditional Moroccan dishes both vegetarian and meat/fish dishes. Try the Lamb Tagine with almonds and prunes (Tagine is a terracota clay cooking pot in which ingredients slowly simmer) and don't forget to ask for fresh Harissa sauce. Try Moroccan red wine or Casablanca beer and finish off with a Moroccan coffee, and the apple/strawberry flavoured water pipes. |
